These terms govern your use of iTechnology's services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
iTechnology provides custom software development, AI automation, CRM/ERP development, web and mobile application development, and related consulting services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback during development cycles, and all necessary content, assets, and credentials required for project completion. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines.
Upon full payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and assets created specifically for a client project become the property of the client. iTechnology retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables are provided upon receipt of final payment. Late payments may result in work suspension.
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without written consent. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any project discussion.
iTechnology's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
